Safety first

Our main goal is to provide memorable experiences always with the certain that our guests safety comes first. Seazores reserves the right to cancel any activity if the minimal weather conditions are not reached.

Itinerary

The itinerary on Private tours can be changed or adapted due weather conditions in order to provide you the best experience.

On shared tours itinerary cannot be changed except on cases that the minimal weather conditions aren't reached. 

 

Meeting Point

Private Tours- Pick up in hotels located in Ponta Delgada town.

In case of locations outside Ponta Delgada de Pick ups can be at our office located in Marina Portas do Mar or at your Hotel - extra fee

Deposit

25% of the total cost.

 

Payment

The balance should be done an the end of the tour directly to the Guide/Driver/Skipper.

 

Cancellation and Deposit refund

Seazores reserve the right to cancel the activities:

1. In case of bad weather

2. If we don't reach the minimum number of participants required to start a shared tour

Cancellations

15 days or more notice - 100% deposit refund
14 days up to 7 days notice - 50% deposit refund

Less than 6 days notice - deposit not refunded

Departure Times

The departures times are listed on each Tour detail page:

4WD Tours - 9:00am and 2:00pm

2inOne Tours - 9:00am

Sport Fishing - 8:30am and 2:00pm

4WD Vehicles

The vehicles have the maximum capacity of 6 guests (regular size) + 1 driver/guide. The vehicle's are very comfortable and spacious but the 2 seats located at the back row are not so roomy as the others ones.
